Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original containers and include a copy of your packing slip with the RMA number clearly marked.

  Ship It Back

  Send your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
